Founder Woodie Craig began his training in Montreal in 1941 as an apprentice tool room machinist with Dominion Engineering Ltd. and Harrington Tool And Dye Company. Working long hours during the war effort while studying electric and acetylene welding as well as body work, Woodie became a skilled metalworking tradesman.

Returning to New Brunswick in 1946 as a fully licensed machinist, Woodie opened his own machine shop and service station. Over the ensuing years the business moved more and more toward the manufacturing of snow plows and wings, eventually producing a full compliment of heavy machinery attachments for all applications.

Today with both second and third generations active in the business, Craig operates from a 71,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in New Brunswick, and branch office in Ontario, supplying attachments to every Province and Territory and over thirty States.
