Kevin McQuade

Kevin has been with Craig for three years and brings with him a background that speaks to attention to detail in both service and heavy equipment industries. A veteran of GM's automotive service program, Kevin also spent time in the North West working as a safety officer for oil drilling operations.

At Craig, Kevin is responsible for making sure that your quote requests get to the right people at the right times, your installations are on schedule and your purchase orders are placed into our production process with everything they need to be built on-time and on-budget.

Chris is a lifelong employee of Craig Manufacturing who started a whopping 26 years ago as a welder. Given his history, it goes without saying, Chris knows his stuff.

Custom requests are Chris' specialty because most likely we've done it before and he's seen what works and what doesn't first hand.

Phil is another longtime employee of Craig. Ever since 1981, Phil has been involved in part sales and has a mind like a trap that rattles off part numbers by memory faster than any computer known to man.

If you've got broken gear, Phil can work with you to diagnose the problem and find the parts you need. He can also suggest the best ways to go about fixing the part - saving you frustration and labour time.

Mark has eight years under his belt in engineering at Craig and has been a key player in the design of much of our hydraulically actuated attachments. Before coming to the Sales Department Order Desk, Mark excelled as the head warranty and installation engineer.

Now, Mark makes sure that the attachments you're quoted are the best possible solution for your jobsite and your machine. Bridging the gap between sales and engineering, Mark can help you tackle the toughest custom applications.

Danny comes from a background in Freightliner, Western Star and Sterling truck sales and has been with Craig for just over a year and a half.

When Danny started we sent him straight down to the assembly department where he learned about Craig attachments in the most hands-on way possible. Now he's a key member in the quoting team who is always ready to work with you on your next project.

Andrew's mission at Craig is to make sure that if something unforeseen happens with your new Craig attachment, we can work together to get you going again as soon as possible.

Coming from a background in Forestry Equipment Andrew understands that gear can break under a wide variety of unexpected conditions and has the skillset to work with you to find a solution.

At the Order Desk, Tracy confirms and processes each order as well as sending you your confirmed shipping date at the time of order. Tracy may be relatively new to Craig but she has a background in Skid Steer Manufacturing and certainly knows her way around heavy machinery.

Tracy is the direct link between our sales and production departments and keeps our reps up to date on scheduling and deliveries in real time.
